The Advanced Level Apprenticeship covers a range of skills that can be used across this vast sector. On the Advanced Level Apprenticeship, your training will focus on gaining specific skills in your preferred specialty. You will handle more responsibility and gain important management skills. From organising displays to learning the crucial aspects of management, the skills gained from the Retail Apprenticeship are transferable to all retail companies. To apply for the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Retail there are no entry restrictions as retailers employ individuals from all abilities, albeit apprentices will have normally successfully completed the level 2 qualification, Employers are looking for applicants who have a keen interest in providing high levels of customer service and can be flexible with their skills. You will be invited to attend an Interview with the related Curriculum area to give advice and guidance about the job role and qualification. You will be required to undertake initial assessments in maths and English. To be an apprentice you need to be working a minimum of 30 hours per week in the related occupation of your chosen apprenticeship.
