Professional Cookery - Apprenticeship Level 2 (EAOP) at Improvement Team
You will learn food safety and hygiene, as well as cookery and preparation of a wide range of dishes. This qualification is aimed at those who are seeking to start a career in professional cookery. You will become competent in maintaining a safe, hygienic
and secure working environment, whilst working effectively as part of a hospitality team. You will be expected to maintain food safety when storing, preparing and cooking food. You will develop skills to prepare, cook and finish a variety of high quality food
including fish, meat, poultry and vegetable dishes. Improvement Team will deliver a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery via work based learning, along with relevant Key Skills and Technical Certificate. The minimum duration of the apprenticeship
will be 12 months and full training will be provided by the employer.
