Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service is designed for those working in a customer service related role, or those who would like to develop knowledge of this area prior to commencing employment. It gives students the opportunity to develop their own personal growth and engagement in learning through the development of personal, learning and thinking skills. After achieving the qualification students can continue their studies to college or secure a job.
Within this qualification you will study subjects such as: preparation work experience opportunities; manage personal performance and development; communicating with others in the workplace etc.
At Level 1, no formal entry qualifications are required
At Level 2, four GCSEs at grade E (grade 2) or above (to include maths and English), or successful completion of any suitable Level 1 qualification (e.g. Level 1 Certificate in Developing Enterprise Skills)
All applicants will undergo an initial assessment in literacy and numeracy.
