Award in Food Safety Level 2 at Sheaf Training

Course description

If you want to work in the food industry, this qualification is a requirement when working with food.

This nine hour course will provide you with knowledge of the parameters of basic food safety practices relevant to the catering industry. Achievement of the qualification at Level 2 will enable you to identify how to make changes to catering practices in order to improve the safety of the catering service as a whole.
