Course content

Unit 1 (AS) listening, reading and writing – 70% of AS, 35% of A level

Unit 2 (AS) speaking test – 30% of AS, 15% of A level

Unit 3 (A2) listening, reading and writing – 35% of A level

Unit 4 speaking test – 15% A leve

Entry requirements

6+ GCSEs including English and maths as well as at least a B in English Language and a modern foreign language.

Further study of languages at degree level or equivalent, living abroad, travel
