National Vocational Qualification (NVQ): Certificate in Customer Services Level 2
Technical Certificate: Customer Services Level 2
Functional Skills: English Level 1, Mathematics Level 1

Entry requirements

There are no academic requirements for this programme but you do need to be employed in an appropriate setting in order to be able to demonstrate competence in both knowledge and skills.

Future opportunities

You could gain further qualifications in Higher Education after you have achieved the Intermediate Apprenticeship such as an Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Services.
