Business Administration Certificate Level 2 at St Helens College

Course description

This nationally recognised qualification proves you can perform business and administration tasks to a required standard. The training is designed to teach you simply how to increase your performance, productivity and supervisory skills.

This course is suitable for those who wish to obtain the skills needed to pursue a career in Business Administration or undertake further professional development.

Course content

You will develop an understanding of how to carry out administrative tasks in a professional and efficient manner. You must attend a compulsory placement one day per week.

Entry requirements

You do not need any prior qualifications or experience, however you will undertake an initial assessment prior to enrolment.


You will need to complete a portfolio of evidence. Your tutor will fully support you with this.

Future opportunities

Upon successful completion of this course you may wish to progress onto the level 3 certificate in Text Processing.
