Course description

The Level 2 NVQ Diplome in Food Production and Cooking is suggested for candidates working within local autority catering, school meals, residential and care homes, the National Health Service, either as contarctors or direct caterers, and licensed retail outlets.

Here are a few examples of some of the mandatory and optional units:

  • Maintain food safety when storing, preparing and cooking food
