Customer Service - Advaned Apprenticeship Level 3 (EAOP) at Knowledge Web
As a Customer Service Apprentice you will be dealing with customers via telephone, email or face to face. Answering any queries customers may have and you will also be dealing with any concerns or problems. Knowledge-Web Ltd will deliver a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Customer Service via work based learning, along with relevant Key Skills and Technical Certificate. The minimum duration of the apprenticeship will be 12 months and full training will be provided by the employer. No skills or previous experience required
3 GCSE A*-D to include English and Maths (or equivalent)
