Course description

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will probably work at the front of an employer’s business and regularly deal with customers. Your duties in most cases will be making sure that customers are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant way. There may also be additional responsibilities for an Advanced Level Apprentice.
