English Literature at Teign Academy

Course description

AS Unit 1: Aspects of narrative. You will be reading novels and two poetry selections for this unit. 2 hour examination; open book. AS Unit 2 Dramatic genres. You will be writing two pieces of coursework, both on comedy: one with regard to a Shakespeare play, one with regard to another play. At A2 Level, there will be two more units: one examination and one coursework assignment.
