Course description

This level will suit you if you work in a traffic office as a clerk or assistant with duties such as issuing and collecting vehicle keys and routes, monitoring route scheduling and fuel usage and conducting post-journey reports and checks.To achieve the Level 2 Certificate in Traffic Office (3438-05), students must complete all 22 credits from the mandatory units. Units include: - Identify suitable collection or delivery points - Routing and scheduling of loads - Monitor vehicle movements - Contribute to the provision of customer service in logistics operationsYou will also need to complete:Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICTEmployees Rights and ResponsibilitiesPersonal Learning and Thinking skills

Entry requirements

You must be employed in a suitable role to meet the criteria and pas an initial assessment in English and Maths.

Assessment

The Level 2 Certificate and the award in Employees Rights and Responsibilities are assessed through building a portfolio of evidence which includes observations from your allocated assessor.
