This subject enables you to develop an understanding of Health & Social Care principles and practices. You will cover topics including effective caring and communication, child development, the role of food and fitness in Health and Social Care as well as physical aspects of health; it will also provide you with essential skills and knowledge required for a career in the health and social sectors.
The subject works well with Psychology, Biology and PE.
You will require five GCSE passes at C or above.
