Course description

The Business, Finance & Enterprise industries are fast-paced and ever changing. Our business courses give you a taste of what a career would be like in almost any industry – medical, fashion, publishing, marketing, property development, theatre, music.

Many of our students go on to university to study Business-related subjects. Our Business courses also provide a range of opportunities to work in the world of finance, including Banking, Insurance and Accountancy.

This course provides valuable opportunities to develop business office skills and gain the knowledge and understanding needed to obtain employment in administration. There are a number of opportunities for employment in this are including part time, full time and evening work.

Work placements, networking with employers, money management and employer recognised word processing qualifications will be included to enrich your programme of study and prepare you for a career in any industry.

Entry requirements

Five GCSEs at Grade D or above.

Financial information

Course materials will be required and are an essential prerequisite your course. A list of requirements will be supplied at your application interview.

Future opportunities

Employment as a junior administrator, receptionist, secretary, legal assistant or progression onto Level 3 Apprenticeship or Extended Diploma in Business.

Courses will prepare Student for a terrific career in the industry. Graduates go on to perform a number of industry-related roles including: Administrator, Personal Assistant, Marketer, Business Analyst, Entrepreneur, Banker, Financial Services, Sales, Retail, Human Resources and many more.
