Course description

Effective use of social media is now an established marketing tool and could help businesses thrive. This qualification will help you understand the impact of social media on business and how to use a range of techniques and tools in marketing campaigns. Students will understand social media and digital marketing as a competitive business tool and how these tools and skills can be utilised proactively and constructively.

  • Social networking management for business
  • Communicating using different marketing channels

Entry requirements

Four GCSEs grades A-C (preferably in English and Maths), or an equivalent qualification.

Assessment

Report writing, practical tasks, observations and project.

Financial information

Learners would benefit from having the use of a USB memory stick or portable hard drive.
