Media Studies AS/A2 Level at Upton-by-Chester High School
Media students are inquisitive, creative and engaged in contemporary media issues. This course allows them to investigate different elements including news events, film, social media and new technology.
It is an exciting and challenging course which will also require them to create a range of media texts, testing their imagination and technical skills across different media platforms.
B grade GCSE English Language is preferable if Media hasn't been studied at GCSE, but students with Grade C will be considered on an individual basis.
Current Media GCSE students should also aim for a B grade at least.
