Course description

Is this course for me?
Students studying Photography will develop their imagination, creativity, practical and critical thinking skills and will learn to respond visually to the world around them. The course equips students with traditional and experimental photographic skills and techniques to put their ideas into practice. The skills developed in Photography are of practical use in many careers and are a source of pleasure in their own right.

What will I learn?
You will learn to demonstrate the use of compositional and technical camera skills, and give visual form to thinking, feeling, observation, design and ideas. You will show evidence of observing, analysing and responding to ideas, issues and artists’ work. The course includes digital, film and camera-less photography, along with some video and animation.
