Who can apply? * Those looking for a career in Customer Service. We advertise all our vacancies on www.apprenticeships.org.uk Programme duration approximately 18 months. Minimum employment of 30 hours per week. Includes attendance at centre for workshops/training support and examinations as needed. What training will I receive? Work based training with employer, centre based training in the form of workshops to cover underpinning knowledge and vocational skills including maths, English and ICT if needed. How will I be assessed? NVQ Assessor visits to the workplace monthly for assessment of skills and guidance through Apprenticeship framework. What qualifications could I achieve? Customer Service Apprenticeship framework: Customer Service NVQ Level 3, Customer Service Techical Certificate Level 2, associated Functional Skills - English, Maths Level 2, Employee rights and responsibilities. Personal Learning & Thinking Skills. Free to participants.
