Course description

The apprentice should be employed in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector. Your employer should provide a fresh food, bar and restaurant area as well as the opportunity for you to supervise other employees during the course of study.

Entry requirements

You must have been resident in UK last 3 years and be working a minimum of 30 paid hours per week You should preferably possess a level 2 cookery or food service qualification VRQ or NVQ and your English, ICT and Maths skills should be assessed at a minimum of level 1
