Music Technology A Level at Dronfield Henry Fanshawe School
In Year 12, students are given the opportunity to extend their creative skills through sequencing, recording and arranging tasks. They will be given further opportunities to perform as part of an ensemble and as a soloist. They will extend their knowledge of composition through advanced studies of working to a brief. There is also opportunity to extend their understanding of the Music through listening lessons, these are practically based and could include playing instruments and singing. During the course our students develop personal attributes including self-confidence, resilience, perseverance, self-discipline and commitment. Studies through Year 13 extend units 1 and 2.
