Course content

The Cambridge Technicals provide opportunities to develop
skills demanded by employers and further education institutions.
The Cambridge Technicals units have been structured to enable
learners to gain qualifications at their own pace and build on
their achievements.
Students will be expected to work hard, attend all lessons in time,
be dedicated and be able to practice outside of lesson. They will
be expected to complete controlled assessments in allocated
time limit and work towards deadline.
This course is natural progression from GCSE Cambridge
Nationals and GCSE in ICT. Students will develop general
problem solving skills, which enhance their employability and
prepare for further learning or training.

Entry requirements

C grade or above in GCSE ICT or
Computing

Assessment

All units are 100% internally assessed.

Future opportunities

This course offers UCAS points, which can be used towards a range
of university courses. It also equips students to enter employment
and undertake other related occupational qualifications.
