Bricklaying Diploma Level 3 at East Berkshire College

Course description

This one year advanced course will give you good knowledge of complex site bricklaying tasks and an insight into supervisory situations and Health and Safety.

The course has practical assessment, phase tests and an on-line exam at the end.
 

Entry requirements

Successful completion of Diploma 2, good attendance and a good reference from course tutor
 

Assessment

Practical in workshops, theory in classrooms and on-line exams

Future opportunities

  • Subject to gaining suitable employment, you could gain an NVQ in trowel occupations or further study on the HND in Construction
  • A career in Bricklaying at an advanced level, or a career in Construction Management.
