Accounting or Business Administration Apprenticeships at YH Training Services

Course description

Y H Training offer a range of Accounts or Business Administration apprenticeships (level 2 or 3) linked with employers throughout the South Yorkshire Area including Barnsley.

Course content

An Apprenticeship is made up of three parts:
Work based training where you will learn the necessary skills and knowledge and build up a portfolio of work and evidence.
Technical Certification which is a key component of the qualification providing extensive knowledge in your chosen area of study.
Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT where applicable; this will depend on your existing qualifications.
Your training is individually planned and delivered to you and your employer’s requirements.

Entry requirements

Applicants are to be at level 1 to proceed onto a level 2 apprenticeship.

Applicants will take an initial assessment to ascertain current level of learning.


All training and assessment is completed in the work place. (with the exception of Accounts  criteria which will be completed in either the Doncaster or Huddersfield centres)

Financial information

Apprentices recieve the National Minimum Apprenticeship wage or above
