Entry requirements

You must have attended our skills and Knowledge day and had a one to one interview with a member of our team. You must be in a secure placement before we sign you onto the program

Assessment

You will be assessed on your comeptence in practical within your workplace and Oracle.

Your knowledge will be assessed through theory on written tests, oral questions and projects.

Limited funding for 19+ to be discussed on application and interview

Future opportunities

The Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing (QCF) provides learners with the necessary knowledge and skills to work as a hairdresser. This qualification also provides suitable progression opportunities to Level 3 studies. These include the VTCT Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing (Combined Hair Types) (QCF) and Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing (QCF). Progression opportunities also exist in the form of specialist VTCT vocationally related qualifications at Levels 2 and 3.
