Course content

What does this course involve?

You’ll learn a wide range of the trades needed within the Construction industry. Including carpentry, bricklaying, painting and plastering you will get to sample different trades and decide which one is for you.

You can look forward to the chance to try lots of different skills and find where your talent lies. Alongside this there will be the chance to enter inter-college skills competitions.

This Study Programme has been designed in such a way that if you are not sure which vocational area you would like to study in, you will have the chance to move and sample a different area at various points in the year. You will work towards external accreditation in employability skills and a vocational qualification.
