Business Administration - Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship (EDI) at Blackpool and The Fylde College

Course description

This Apprenticeship builds on the success of its predecessor by using employer led, up to date, flexible qualifications which meet the changing skills needs of employers. It builds in softer-skills such as communication, team working, interpersonal skills and the ability to reflect on personal learning. The aim of this Apprenticeship framework is to provide employers in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors with a Business & Administration workforce who have the skills, knowledge and competencies to support business systems, processes and services and who can contribute to making businesses more efficient and productive.

Entry requirements

Apprentices who are undertaking the Business & Administration Advanced Apprenticeship are likely to have some prior experience in a business or administration role, and have already successfully completed the level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship. You will be invited to attend an Interview with the related Curriculum area to give advice and guidance about the job role and qualification. You will be required to undertake initial assessments in maths and English. To be an apprentice you need to be working a minimum of 30 hours per week in the related occupation of your chosen apprenticeship. Our Skills & Business team can support you with this and we often have a good selection of employers looking to recruit an apprentice.
