KidZania is the worlds fastest growing global educational entertainment brand. This unique apprenticeship will allow you to be part of the fantastic team at the brand new London location, whilst completing a Customer Service NVQ.

Sumary:

  • Act as an ambassador for the KidZania brand and provide courteous service and greetings to all visitors.
  • Receive, control and distribute the facilities mail and manage the outgoing post.
  • Monitor and disperse the Customer Service office supplies, keeping accurate inventory.
  • Control in-office computer equipment materials, logging calls with local IT service for any damage/breakage.
  • Act as a booking agent for meeting room requests across the facility, managing the room booking calendar and setting up/breaking down for all room functions.
