BTEC Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship at Rewards Training

Course description

This Apprenticeship scheme has been developed to support individuals and businesses to improve skills and contribute to both personal development and business efficiency. The Apprenticeship is approved by the Skills Council for Administration and in most cases government subsidies are available to help individuals and businesses pay for this highly sought after programme of training and development.

Course content

This Apprenticeship consists of 5 component parts, all of which will be completed working together with a team of dedicated tutors and online resources. Pearson combined BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service Functional Skills qualification in English (Level 2) Functional Skills qualification in Mathematics (Level 2) Personal Learning and Thinking Skills Employment Rights and Responsibilities .

The role of a customer service operator is crucial to any business. It's what can keep a customer, gain new ones and ultimately, if done well, give a company a good reputation. If a customer receives good service they'll tell a couple of friends about it. However, if a customer receives bad customer service they are likely to tell ten times more people.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements however prior completion of an intermediate level customer service qualification and a good level of English and maths are an advantage.
