Psychology A Level at Epping Forest College

Course description

A–Level courses offer you the chance to focus your attention on a smaller number of subjects than GCSEs, building your knowledge and understanding in the areas in which you have proven strengths and strong interests.

Course content

You will study social psychology, individual differences, stress management, attachment, memory and most importantly research methods, relationships, eating behaviour, gender, depression, addictive behaviours and again research methods.

Psychology explores the reasons why we think and behave in the way that we do, so if this intrigues you, then this course is for you.

Entry requirements

5 GCSEs at A*-C including a B grade in English Language. Requirements may vary depending on your chosen subjects.

      Once you arrive at the College there is a free car park with over 250 spaces, 
      as well as designated areas for coaches and other large vehicles.


      Once on site you can have access to our catering facilities (subject to agreement) and a range of rooms, 
      from our Theatre, with 264 retractable seats, to a standard classroom.

      We also have full IT support, and can offer rooms with either Macs or PCs running the latest industry-standard software.
