You will be part of the team operating the new 'Academy Restaurant' and develop skills across a range of catering outlets in the college.

For the Extended Diploma (2 years) you will need a minimum of: i) 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C including English Language and Maths
The course is designed to give a general and technical education to students who wish, after an appropriate period of industrial experience, to gain positions with supervisory responsibility in hospitality management. Successful completion of the course can meet the entry requirements for higher education, eg Foundation Degree or Full Honours Degree programmes.
