Music at Thomas Adams School

Course description

The course at Adams College is one of the most successful in Shropshire. We offer excellent tuition and resources as well as a track record of success with students progressing on to the top music colleges and universities including the Royal Scottish and Royal Welsh Colleges of Music as well as LIPA and Leeds College of Music.

Those undertaking Music at Adams College will have the opportunity to be part of several extra-curricular groups, including: ‘Adjazz’, Choirs, Orchestra, Taiko and student led groups. Performance opportunities include Concerts, Evening recitals, Open Mic sessions, Music Tours and Festivals. We also run workshops with visiting musicians throughout the year.

Entry requirements

5 GCSEs at C grade or above, including Music or Grade 5 Theory as well as the ability to perform at Grade 5 standard on your first instrument.
