Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 2 at Virtual Learning UK

Course description

This Apprenticeship is designed to provide a vocational pathway into the world of customer service.

It is particularly suited to young adults aged 16-23 years old looking to develop a career in customer care, focussing on aspects such as delivering customer service, understanding customers and customer retention, and resolving customer problems. It is the ideal stepping stone to the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.

Course content

On top of the 30 hours of work, you will need to spend a minimum of 6 hours on your studies. This will ensure that you keep up to date with everything, and provide the evidence required to achieve the Apprenticeship.

All learning and assessment resources are provided on The Sports Brain, and will be supported by an on-site professional mentor, who will be able to give you advice and guidance on completing your work as well as future career prospects.

You will also be assigned an assessor, who will visit you in the workplace to assess your progress.

Entry requirements

From 3 GCSE’s, interview dependent
