Course description

The aim of the languages department is to help pupils achieve the necessary skills and competence required to enable them at all levels to become more confident in the understanding, speaking and writing of French.

Entry requirements

6 A* - C GCSE passes including English and a grade B or above in French GCSE.

Future opportunities

We help students appreciate and learn about the cultural side to France and French speaking countries through film, music, literature and theatre. The ability to communicate in a foreign language is increasingly in demand.

      Access for Disabled Visitors

      We have a limited number of parking spaces available for disabled visitors. The school reception can be accessed via a ramp and automatic doors. In addition to this, the majority of buildings have lifts and ramp access.
