Course description

What will I learn?

... a range of customer service skills in a service industry environment, provide customers with the information and services they require, develop strong and effective communication skills to improve the customer experience.. You will also improve your Maths and English as well as you knowledge about the service industry. You can adapt your learning to meet your interests and what you do in your job.

Entry requirements

you need no qualifications to do this course. You must be over 16, willing to learn, be enthusiastic, reliable and happy to learn from feedback from your tutors and employer.

Assessment

you collect evidence to demonstrate you can work in business in your E-portfolio. You will take bite size online testes for your Maths, English and ICT. Your knowledge is assessed by online multiple choice tests and through your E-portfolio.

Future opportunities

you can do the next level - an Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service, or choose to develop your skills by undertaking continued professional development courses, or specialising in an aspect of business or customer service to further your career. You can carry on earning money, keeping your options open.
