Course description

You will prepare and cook food in our industry-standard training kitchen of which some food will be sold to our restaurant The Chef's Hat, which is open to the public. This qualification covers the required skills and knowledge for preparing to work in the Hospitality & Catering Industry. It is designed to meet the needs of learners who work or want to work in the hospitality industry with a focus on becoming a professional chef.
