Personal & Social Development Entry 2 Certificate at West Herts College

Course description

This course is suitable for young people who have completed a range of qualifications at Entry Level. It aims to prepare individuals for their next steps, which may include life within the community, supported work, internship, or other options.

This 2-day-a-week College programme has a strong emphasis on building in relevant experiences on other days. Teaching is in small groups, supported by experienced Learning Advisors. Students are taught through a series of practical activities, using both the College and the community. There will be an emphasis on developing skills for life and work. All students will be offered work experience and this will be developed according to the needs of the individual.
