Course description

This Apprenticeship is for anyone looking to start their career in Civil Engineering.

This Level 3 Advanced Technical Apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to gain internationally recognised qualifications whilst gaining work experience in the industry.

Entry requirements

You must be working in construction and be interested in developing your skills. Alternatively, we have a number of vacancies available every week and are able to help you find an employer.

Advanced apprentices must have two to four GCSEs at grade A*-D, including Maths and English.



Assessment will be from within the College via qualified assessors who are registered with the awarding body, and the work of these will be verified by a registered verifier.

Work undertaken in the workplace will be assessed in the work place and a verifier will monitor and interview the assessors and student in the work place.

An external verifier will monitor the verifiers decisions at least twice per year and may wish to interview any candidate.

Future opportunities

Further Level 5 or specialist Engineering qualifications.
