Progression into Independent Employment - Level 1 at NESCOT
The PIC (Progression into College) course is suitable for students who want to pursue further education but need to improve their numeracy and/or literacy to get on to the course they want.
The PIE (Progression into Employment) course is suitable for students who want to leave college next year. These students are able to work and travel completely independently. Students undertake a one-day-a-week work experience placement in a convenient location.
Placements give students the opportunity to try out realistic job roles, adding valuable experience to their CV.

The interview process includes an initial diagnostic assessment as well as an opportunity to discuss your preferences with a member of the team.
