Law at St Aidan's and St John Fisher's Associated Sixth Form

Course description

Law at AS/A2 is open to a wide spectrum of students. It is useful for those wishing to work in the Legal Profession or Police, but is also useful for those students wishing to read Law at University because it provides an introduction to concepts they are likely to read at Degree Level and helps to build up an interest for Law.

AS Units:

Unit 1: Law Making and the Legal System
Unit 2: The Concept of Liability (Criminal & Contract law)

A2 Units:

Unit 3: Criminal law: Offences against the Person
Unit 4: Criminal and Concepts of Law

Entry requirements

Grade B or above in English at GCSE.

5 GCSEs A*-C Grade
