Course description

You will study a range of topics including Pure Maths: Complex Numbers, Roots and Coefficients of a Quadratic Equation, Numerical Methods, Matrices, Series and Limits, Polar Coordinates, Differential Equations, Statistics: Random Variables, Estimation, Hypothesis Testing, Mechanics: Forces, Momentum, Projectiles, Moments and Centres of Mass, Circular Motion, Work and Energy, Decision Maths: Critical Path Analysis, Allocation, Dynamic Programming, Network Flows, and Game Theory

Entry requirements

Grade A in GCSE Maths is required to study Further Maths at A-level. Further Maths must be taken alongside A-level Maths
