Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship at Lakes College West Cumbria

Course description

The Level 3 Apprenticeship in Customer Service aims to build on the skills and knowledge gained during the Level 2 Apprenticeship. Apprentices will work for an employer in a Customer Service role and will divide their time between the workplace and college. At Level 3, you will learn to respond to customer issues at a strategic level, suggesting improvements to customer service strategy and helping in their implementation. You will complete two mandatory core units which are as follows: Demonstrate understanding of customer service and demonstrate understanding of the rules that impact on improvements in customer service. In addition you will be expected to complete at least one of the following optional units: Impression and image group, delivery group, handling problems group and development and improvement group. Applicants will need to have relevant employment within the industry. Our Business Account Managers can assist in helping you secure a position if you do not already have one.

Relevant Level 2 Qualification or have significant experience

Apprenticeships are Government funded, depending upon age and circumstance

Future opportunities

Apprentices may choose to progress to a higher Apprenticeship or study towards an HNC in Business Management. Alternatively you may find employment in the industry.
