Customer Service level 2 Apprenticeship at KTS Training
This is an exciting opportunity to gain work based and technical skills, whilst developing your academic achievement to the level 2 standards, through a programme of on and off the job teaching and training. During the course you will work towards achieving the NVQ level 2 Certificate in Customer Service, the level 2 Certificate in Customer Service Principles and, if exemptions are not in place, your level 1 Maths, English and ICT Functional Skills . You will also have the opportunity to update and develop your Maths English and ICT skills to the level 2 standards and will work on developing 6 core personal learning and thinking skills.
GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English preferred
