Course description

Psychology attempts to explain individual behaviour & uncover general principles.  The course will provide a broad introduction to Psychology as a science.  It emphasises applying knowledge & understanding & will develop transferable skills of analysis, evaluation & critial thinking.

Entry requirements

Minimum of 5 A* - C grades / grade 5 (new grading structure) at GCSE or equivalent with English & Maths.  Grade B or equivalent in your chosen study subject is preferred.

 

Assessment

3 x 2 hr external exams
