Customer Service Levels 2 and 3 Apprenticeship at Bradford College
Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to learn and train in your chosen career as well as earning a regular pay packet. You will be given first hand experience and learn the majority of the skills needed on the job, whilst also completing off-the-job training within college by day release.

The Apprenticeship will cover:
- Communicating Effectively With Customers Face to Face, In Writing or By Telephone
- Resolving Problems & Improving Customer Relations
- Promoting Products & Services
- Keeping Records
- Gathering Customer Feedback
- Working In a Team
You will be required to study a technical qualification at City Training Services.
Level 2: GCSE Mathematics and English at Grade A*-E or Entry 3 on the Literacy and Numeracy BKSB screening.
Level 3: GCSE Mathematics and English at Grade A*-C or Level 1 on the Literacy and Numeracy BKSB screening.
You will be required to have a PC with access to the internet.
