There are no specific entry requirements for this study programme however you must demonstrate a commitment to learning and ambition to succeed.

Course content

Plumbing units include: plumbing, refrigeration and air conditioning, responsibilities and procedures, safe working practices, environmental protection measures and scientific principles.

Entry requirements

Four GCSEs at grade C-E or a Level 1 course. If you are planning to study an apprenticeship, these entry requirements are only recommendations - you may well be able to undertake an apprenticeship with fewer qualifications.

Assessment

We’ll assess what you know about the job and your skills in a number of ways, including: practical tests, assignments and a portfolio of work.
