Develop EBP offers Foundation Learning programmes for 16 - 18 yrs, which are individually tailored to each learner's needs.These programmes prepare you for the world of work or further training.

Develop EBP work with a variety of providers all across Bedfordshire and Luton. Offering specialist training in a large number of employment areas, to cater for a wide range of different individuals' interests.

Course content

Foundation Learning programmes have been designed by learners for learners and combine vocational learning, with employability. You can also brush up on your functional skills.

Functional skills are based on nationally recognised standards which give your employer proof of your ability in areas such as ICT, English and Maths.

Programmes include initial assessment and ongoing reviews as well as continued mentoring and information, advice and guidance to help you achieve your individual goals.

Do you need prior qualifications?

No, during our initial assessment we will discuss your past learning and achievements,
as well as your intended learning destination.
You can work towards qualifications! Foundation Learning programmes are made up of qualifications and credits at Entry Level and Level 1 in the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF). You could gain an Award/Certificate or Diploma.
