Physics A-Level at Harrow High School
The sixth form at Harrow High School is flourishing with a maximum of 150 students. This makes our sixth form a friendly, tight knit community that we call “our school family” where all students are personally known to us and who achieve great results.
Our sixth form students enjoy the benefits of excellent facilities in their own dedicated building. Sixth form education offers a wide range of opportunities as we are part of the Harrow Collegiate. The Collegiate is set up to give Harrow students more choice and options. We work with 9 other schools, 3 colleges, 2 special schools and the Harrow Skills Centre to offer an extended range of subjects and courses.
Students currently at HHS benefit from being educated by staff that know them well and are able to develop their learning styles. We have high expectations and the relationships between staff and students are excellent. Students joining us from other schools will find the sixth form welcoming and friendly.
There is a high level of pastoral care and enormous support for students especially during the process of applying to university and the lead up to important exams.
The sixth form provides a wide range of opportunities to develop leadership skills including mentoring younger learners. We organise regular fund raising events for our chosen charity ‘The Willow Foundation’.
Our students make much better progress at Harrow High School than at the vast majority of schools both locally and nationally. if you want to find out more please do call me on the number below.
