Business BTEC National Level 3 at The Maltings College

Course description

The course will provide you with the skills required to start your future in the business industry. It develops an understanding of the workings of a successful business.

As well as equipping you with a range of business knowledge, we will also develop your communication skills, confidence and workplace enthusiasm which you will require for any role within the business industry.

Our lecturers are unique in that they have worked within the business industry for many years. This guarantees that they have a lifetime of knowledge to pass along to you. They also have contacts within different business areas, which is useful for your future career development.

Entry requirements

To apply for a Level 3 course you need to hold a minimum of 5 A* - C GCSE grades (or equivalent). Some of our Level 2 courses offer access to our Level 3 courses. Of course, we recognise that there can sometimes be circumstances where it is appropriate for students who may not meet these requirements to join a course at a particular level. Please do contact us to discuss your application should this be the case.
