Customer Services Level 2 at BCTG

Course description

For those who enjoy working with the public and have the skills to turn problems into solutions a career in customer services could be the opportunity of a lifetime.  This is a constantly evolving industry and a customer services role has the potential to provide an individual with a satisfying and rewarding career.

The Apprentice will complete a Level 2 Diploma in Customer Services and we aim to provide our apprentices with the knowledge and skills they will need when working within a customer service environment.  On successful completion of your level 2 apprenticeship GTG offers progression opportunities onto a level 3 apprnticeship.  This will provide the learner with a more in depth sunderstanding of customer services, focussing on how to maintain a good customer relationship whilst learning skills which allow you to deal with diferent types of customer.

Entry Requirements include GCSE's at grade A-C to include English & Maths

Further information

Customer Service apprenticeships are delivered mainly on site at the place of employment.  Regular assessment and reviews will ensure apprentices achieve the required skills to successfully complete the apprenticeship.
