L3 Apprenticeship in Business & Administration is a practical , work-based course will develop your skills and provide you wiht qualifications related to your job. The programme is ideal for anyone currently employed in a responsible customer service role who would like to develop thier performace through hands-on training.

L3 Certificate in Customer Service Principles

L2 Functional skills in Maths & English

Entry requirements

Whilst there are no entry requirements as such, you must be employed in an Customer Service role.

Assessment

This course is assessed through e-portfolio. An assessor will come into the workplace to see the learner and review their work.

For those learners who need to gain their Functional Skills, this will be assessed via online tests which will be completed in the workplace.

Financial information

There are no costs to you as this is funded (subject to certain criteria) by the Learning and Skills Council

Future opportunities

90% of CMS apprentices continue in full time employement once they have completed their apprenticeship.
